INC. (hereinafter called “REM” ), hereby warrants to the original consumer
purchaser (any owner of the product), (hereinafter called “Owner”) for a
period of ten (10) years from date of purchase that the steel shell body of our
products (including steel, pipe, and welds), be free from defects in workmanship
and material, when operated in normal use and service. REM shall also warrant
that for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, that all internal
operating parts (including but not limited to, operating valve, bubbler head,
hose bib, any internal piping or piping connections), be free from defects in
workmanship and material when operated in normal use and service, as long as the
Owner exercises proper maintenance and service of the unit. Powder coated,
painted and galvanized finishes are not covered under this warranty due to the
effects of UV (Ultra Violet Light), airborne pollution, pesticides and
fertilizers, and vandalism. In addition, powder coated steel surfaces can be
scratched, and will rust. This is not covered under warranty.
REM’s
only obligation under this Limited Warranty shall be to repair or replace (at
REM’s discretion) if, deemed by
REM, the product is defective. Any product claimed to be defective must be
returned, freight prepaid, to REM, to enable REM to examine and verify the
existence of any claimed defect. This Limited Warranty shall be void and shall
not apply to any product that has been repaired or altered in any way which in
the judgment of REM, affects the stability of the product, nor to any product
which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, shock, impact or other physical
damage, or under conditions for which it was not designed.
REM will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to person or property, or lost profits, or any other similar loss or damage which may result from a defect in workmanship or material of any product. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. This Limited Warranty is in lieu of any other Warranty expressed, written or implied.
